Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Condition

Orders will be processed once full payment has been received. An invoice will be sent to your email address upon receipt of payment. Shipping mail will be sent once the package is dropped for postage.

Shipping Method

Your items will sent through Pos Ekspres.An exception to the delivery is when larger items are to be shipped, then Pos Laju will be used instead.

Once item have been shipped out, we will email you the tracking number of the package.

We do not ship to overseas at the moment, but do drop us a mail at shipping@simplynaturale.com and we will see how we can accommodate your request.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made twice a week which is on Wednesday and Saturday. Purchases made on the shipping day , the package will be sent out on the next shipping day(ie payment made on Wednesday, items will be sent out on Saturday).

Delivery Time

For items IN STOCK you will be able to receive your items within 3~5 days.

For items NOT IN STOCK, you will be able to receive your items within 14 ~ 21 days as we will be ordering the items from US

Please note that the above delivery time is just an estimation provided from the postal service. Simply Naturale is not responsible for any delivery delays/undelivered packages incurred due to courier fault and wrong shipping info provided.

Delivery Charges

Good news! Shipping charges are FREE.

Please note that FREE shipping is only extended for local shipping.
