~New Shipping Policy~

To synchronize all shipping of stock in hand items, we will be shipping item TWICE a week.

Batch 1: Every Wednesday- If you place your orders on, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues

Batch 2: Every Saturday- If you place your orders on Wed, Thurs, Fri

Shipping is still FREE!! We send all items via Pos Express. We will advice on the tracking number once items are sent

Orders not in stock will be placed every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Reducing the waiting period to 14 days only for shipment arrival from US.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for orders within Malaysia.

Shipping will be done through Pos Ekspres.

Do not worry about the products as it will be packaged individually with lots of padding to ensure that it can withstand the handling that it will go through.

We do not ship to overseas at the moment, but do drop us a mail at shipping@simplynaturale.com and we will see how we can accommodate your request.

Delivery

For local orders you should receive your orders in 1-5 working days (after we receive the stocks from our suppliers).

Important Note!

If the ordered items are not in stock, your orders will take around 14-21 working days to reach you.  We will  inform you about the status of the items on our side and keep you updated about it.

We keep stock for the Mini Starter Kits and some of the more common colours and once payment is received, the item will be delivered without any waiting period from our suppliers.
